Suggested Use:

¼ to 1 teaspoon taken 1 to 3 times per day.

Duration of Use:
Included in programs for restoration of gut ecology when spastic or dry constipation is involved.

Sometimes used in small amounts of ¼ teaspoon given twice daily long term for dry constipation in elderly patients
