Ingredients: Argenticumm nitricum 4X, Coffea arabica 10X, Entscholtzia californica 4X, Lactuca virosa 12X, Natrium tetrachloroauratum 6X, Zincum valerianicum 5X, Avena sativa MT

Suggested Use:                                                                                                     ½ teaspoon taken in warm water 20 minutes before sleep.  In acute stress states effective dose may be as high as 1 tablespoon.

Duration of Use:
This is an acute remedy for use when needed.  Can sometimes use nightly for weeks or months to retrain the ability to fall asleep.
